Injectables change proportion and movement, not skin quality. They soften the lines that movement creates, restore volume where it has been lost, and balance a feature that sits slightly off. What they cannot do is improve texture, pigment or laxity, which is why an assessment often ends with a laser or a resurfacing plan instead.
